Does anyone have this game?

Can you tell me is there offline Co-Op mode?

It says 1-16 players but I dont know if its for online.

I'm pretty sure 1-16 means 16 online, and MAYBE two offline.

I have it now but I can't find any co-op options on it. The box says players 1-4. (Not system link) :-\
