so since a lot of these games are becoming 15-20 years old by now, i wonder about the battery life in cartridges which games require battery backed saved files. nearly every snes rpg has this. so does it discourage anyone else from buying classic RPG games knowing the saved files could be erased and you wouldnt be able to save games anymore? not only that, the process of changing a battery isnt exactly as easy as swapping in an new one for the old.
