Whats....fat back?

Well, out here, fried cabbage and collard greens is accompanied by fat back. It's pork rib barbeque. It's a love it or hate it food. Personally I think the only barbeque worth eating is a nice thick T-bone.

When someone holds a "pig pickin'", that's usually what it is...

Well, in my mind the only cabbage in existance is steamed cabbage. :lol

Well, just cut up some cabbage, throw it in a pan, maybe throw in a few onions, and there you go. I love it.

I could go for a nice Spam™ sandwich right about now. Mustard, mayo and tomato.

Last night I think I had cornbread and a cheese sammich before bed. I am SO HUNGRY right now though.

I...uhh...had some pizza...went out to a party..so yeah. :lol

I ate a big pile of tots last night. My wife didn't feel like cooking and I wasn't all that hungry.
