Tomorrow, the PlayStation Network will go offline for 14 hours, Sony has announced.
The PSN will shut down for a significant chunk of tomorrow. Writing on the PlayStation Blog, Sony revealed that it is planning "significant maintenance" for the PSN tomorrow, March 1. The downtime is scheduled to last from 8:00 a.m. PST to 10 p.m. PST.
Sony did not note what it plans to address as part of the maintenance, and as of press time, the company had not responded to GameSpot's request for comment.
Unlike normal maintenance periods, tomorrow's PSN outage will sign-out those logged onto the PSN, barring them from signing back in for the duration of the maintenance. Additionally, during the downtime, users will not be able to access the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Home.
Further, during the maintenance, users will not be able to access their accounts or play games online. The maintenance will also affect PSN-enabled websites, including the PlayStation Blog, Sony revealed.
The official PlayStation Twitter channel will issue a notice when the PSN returns to operation.

What do you think they're doing? Can't have a significant maintenance for no reason.

idk? Maybe it was something for the Vita? Or Vita integration?

I saw an update a couple days ago... but I didn't see the change log.

did you find out what they were doing?
