Since Ninja Gaiden for the NES and the Arcade differ so much, which do you all like better?

I love the NES Ninja Gaiden 1.

It was really odd to see how different it was from the original arcace game.

So you like the NES version better as well, eh Moltar?

Both good imo...I like the pce version as well (based on the nes one I think) and the lynx version (based on the arcade).

Master system one is pants though.

:lol I have not heard that term "is pants" I like that phrase :D
:lol

I never did play the Master System version.

Oddly enough (speaking of the master system) Brazil had supported that system for a long time. heck, there were tons of Genesis style games for it made (I think even past Sonic 3).

Too right...they were produced by TecToy which was an official/licensed sega division in Brazil...and they did indeed 'port' lots of md games across. They made a fair few SMS games upto Mortal Kombat 3 and beyond. They also supported the MD (titles such as Duke Nukem) and the 32x!

but master system was so bad. i've played so many games on it that sucked. the rocky game wasn't beyond reproach, but yuck

yes, prefer ninja gaiden 1 on nes over all others. 2 was good, third didn't quite get me. but don't give in too much to arcade version

I have a Sonic the Hedgehog 2 box but it say's Sega Megadrive on it
instead of Sega Genesis which my mom sent a proof of purchase when
She bought me a Sega Genesis System. I don't have the game cartridge
anymore except the box only. :-[ Was it a PAL version that was in the US
cartridge shell case. Also can i open up the the Japanese or the PAL
cartridge's and put it in the US shell case so i can plug them in and play
on my Sega Genesis System?. Are they the same size inside the shell cases?.

By the way i only have Ninja Gaiden II but i played the Arcade, 1&3 also. 8)
I beaten 2&3 Ninja Gaiden II wasn't that hard execpt Ninja Gaiden was so
frustrating! at the end though. :lol

Yes, Sega MegaDrive (JPN) Vs. Sega MegaDrive (PAL/USA) are the same size inside

Sonic 2 has no region lock out, this explains why it plays easily on your Genesis.
