Ubisoft goofed or something, they're selling it for a dollar. Go for it, worst case scenario they void your game or something and refund the dollar

Something's not right. When I go to download Splinter Cell, it downloads a file called "download.exe," and when I open it it says:

"This is your game download"

Yeah, this seems like a glitch to me.

Huh...well can always complain and demand a refund or the game since you didn't get what you paid for

Wait Splinter Cell? I didn't hear anyone getting that problem except with AC, maybe downloaded too late?
 
Well either you'll get the game or get your dollar refunded.

Just an update on this. A few days after I bought both Splinter Cell Conviction and the ACI&II bundle (for $1 each), I got a working key with a download for SC:C.

AC still didn't work, though. It still gave me a download.txt file with no info in it at all. Today, however, I received an email:
