Hello and here we are again, with yet another re-release in the Wii library to cash-in on the Resident Evil money tree it seems AGAIN. This is basically the GameCube edition with new controls and the entire game is on ONE disc now instead of 2. The artwork on the disc was nothing awesome, since they slapped on the artwork from the first game and called it a day. Shame on Capcom's USA Marketing department!

Graphics:
Pros: It finally supports wide screen! Why on earth did the last one did not? This surprisingly looks good for it's 7 years in age.
Cons: Actually none this time around, fixing the display mode is a major plus!

Sound:
Pros: Spot on compared to the GameCube original.
Cons: A few remixes would be nice!

Controls:

Pros: You can use the Wii Remote & Nunchuk, Classic Controller, or the original GameCube controller.

Cons: Suffers from the same issues as REA: RE1 did. Lazy setup, a bit confusing when using the Nunchuk and Wii Remote. So I stuck with the Classic Controller Pro this time around and sometimes with the GameCube controller.

Overall: Worth it? For a great challenge yes. Still one of the hardest in my honest opinion. Yet thank God, some retailers woke up and sell this for $19.99 from time to time, otherwise $29.99 is too much.
