How in the world do I change my avatar? And can I have a username change?

Avatars haven't worked for a while and I don't think anyone's changed there username in years. Not since before I got here, anyway.

Username is a no go...

Howerver... I didn't realize personal pics weren't working.  How long were they not working?  I'm actually not sure why they aren't working...

I'm hoping this will be fixed by tomorrow with the forum upgrade.

The host re-instated a few modules in PHP... but it didn't fix the forums.  I'm not exactly sure why. The avatars should've worked again.  Notice... spell check works again.
