Networking My Xbox

Ok, I know exactly how to use Xbox Live, and how to play games online and all that good stuff. What I want to know is can I actually communicate from my PC to my Xbox? The reason I want to do this is so I can transfer music from my PC onto my Xbox, but I can't figure out how to do this. I've gone into the network settings of my Xbox and it says everything's connected and up and running, but my PC can't seem to find a network connection.

I don't have an XBL account, if that matters. I really hope you guys can help me cuz if I could import a bunch of my songs onto it (without doing it disc by disc, then manually naming it), well that would just be grand.

You CANNOT transfer files directly to your Xbox without modding your Xbox first.

Ya, that sucks, hardcore. Especially when my Xbox doesn't read CD-R's.

my xbox does the same thing.......but..........try putting it on a CD-RW if you have one around, because i think that worked for me

It is really a shame that so few games support custom soundtracks...luckily all of the 360 games will!

Yes. Its a system function...not an in-game one. I know it is for ALL 360 games, not sure about b/c games.
