comments: SNK's Samurai Shodown 2 is one of the deepest and most detailed fighting games to ever grace the arcade scene in the early 90's. The replayiblity is high, and the graphics alone are worth going back again and again to just to watch. The only trouble with the Neo Geo CD version is the loading times. The game starts with a load time of about a minute and a half, and the in game load times range from 2 seconds to 30 seconds. This aside, Samurai Shodown 2 for the Neo Geo CD is still highly recommended; it plays great and is an undeniable classic.
